I've never seen this show. I am not into medical dramas. I'm squeamish about hospital gore. It does seem like all the good TV is ending. What will we do??

I love this show and missed the last 20 minutes! Aggghhh. What happened? What was the drama with Merideth and Derek? What happened with the wife of the ovary guy, does dr. yang keep the baby and tell the father of it?
Derek's wife showed up! Dr. Yang's baby wasnt mentioned much! There was an STD outbreak!
The show was full of surprises! I can't wait for season 2. I wonder when it will begin!
