My Birthday Photos and Moments!

For my 29th birthday yesterday we went out to eat then we went to the lake for a few hours. It was a beautiful Fall day and we had so much fun and took lots of pictures! Both of our kids walked in the water and played in the rocks & sand. Then we came home and ate birthday cake decorated by hubby and our 4 year old. Isn't it cute? They tried ( In between dropping it, stabbing it with a fork, sticking their fingers in it and everything imaginable!) I had such a fun and relaxing day! Thanks to everyone who called me and told me happy birthday, thanks for all the e-cards, private messages, e-mails, and shouts outs from all the message boards I belong too!

Autumn/Fall Baby Photos and My 29th Birthday!

I love fall! I love the leaves falling, the smells in the air, pumpkins, pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice scented candles, and taking candy out of my 4 yr old's trick or treat bag. I love Halloween and I love October because it's my birth month. Today is also my 29th birthday! I'll share some birthday photos later! So, assuming you love Fall just like me What do you love about Autumn/Fall? If you dont like it, why?

Last Soccer Game of The Season Photo

Our 4 year old had his last soccer game of the season last Wednesday. He had so much fun. At the end he got a plaque, his pictures, trading cards, and a medal. He was overjoyed! I've included a precious photo of him and his proud Daddy! Congrats little man!

Digital Scrapbooking/Collage with MS Publisher & Photoshop

My older sister sent me an email a few days ago with a collage of her daughter at the pumpkin patch and I really liked it so I thought, "Hey, I want to do this too!". I have been wanting to get into digital scrapbooking but really havent had a lot of extra time. Using Microsoft publisher and Adobe Photoshop, I came up with my first page( below). I did this in less than 15 minutes! I have also included my sister's page that she made and some resources on digital scrapbooking for those who are interested in scrapbooking in a hurry! :) I cant wait to really get into scrapbooking. There are some beautiful free templates, kits, and more online!

Family Louisville Zoo Trip

We took our kids this past week to the Louisville Zoo. Our youngest ( 15 months) had never been to the zoo and our oldest ( 4 1/2 yrs ) hadnt been to a zoo since he was around 16 months so we thought it would be really fun for them. They really enjoyed the zoo but they enjoyed the pumpkins & playing in the water ball "thing" at the zoo much better. Our 4 yr old's favorite zoo animal was the seal! We hope you enjoy the photos!
