Early Morning Baby...
This morning baby man ( our 18 month old) woke up unusually early and the first thing he wanted to do was read a book. So here we were reading a book before 6am.
After reading the book 5 times, drinking some milk and eating toast he decided he would crawl up into my arms and fall back asleep. He is now sleeping peacefully as is everyone else in the household...except me. I'm really tired but thought I'd enjoy the quiet time instead of going back to sleep.

I've got a 20-month-old who sent several months at around a year old waking up at 2 am and wanting to play. Occasionally, I was so tired, I'd let her. We'd sit in front of the TV with the lights off and she'd play with her toys!

It would have been nice to have captured a shot of that scene when he crawled up into your arms. I have one taken of my only child when she was around 10 months old.
