When Will You Stop Blogging?
I started blogging in 2004 and I'm just starting to really enjoy blogging. It's a place for me to share my thoughts and to get support from moms all around the world. Blogging is my way to connect with other moms that are like me in some way. It's a way for me to feel like I am in touch with the real world outside of my home with 2 young boys.
Lately I have been thinking about the end of blogging and I have so many questions running through my mind. When do we stop blogging? When will you stop blogging? Is there a certain time frame for a blog? How many topics can you really talk about without boring people to tears?
Right now blogging is good. It's still sort of new. We are all finding out how we can connect with other like-minded people/moms and I think that is just great.
But I know that blogging is sort of like a fad and it will eventually come to an end. Atleast I think it will. Or your blogging will end because your kids will grow up. Or maybe your blog or my blog will just evolve into something else.
Who knows?
Yeah, some of my brilliant pointless rambling going on again...

I have thought about this myself as well. I guess I will stop blogging when it is no longer enjoyable...
I figured I would pitter out ... I love it still and will definitely keep it up till we are back home in Canada, after that who knows!
Blogging is the latest form of journal writing. It will become a fad when we stop posting. Technology does not cease ; rather, people cease using technology. I will only disappear if our interest in it disappears.
I would like to share an interesting article with everyone.

I'll blog forever ;) I don't think most people will get tired of reading a blog. The longer they read your blog and get to know you the more they'll want to keep reading it --- I think,
Interesting question. I think I'll stop when it's just not fun anymore or when I feel like I don't have time to post. Right now, I really enjoy it so I don't want to think about the end just yet.
Great questions.
My thought is not that it's a fad, but that it will evolve as clutter and internet regulations and other factors come into play. Not sure how, but think how websites have evolved in the past ten years.
So basically, I have nothing concrete to add. aren't you glad I stopped by?
I've stopped and restarted so many times in the past few years that I'd have to say I'll stop when I'm bored, just like always. For now, I'm not bored.
I'll blog until "the man" shuts me down! LOL.
I refuse to think about the end. Don't make me.
Apparantly when fixing my template I lost you from my Blogroll. I didn't get mad and quit you or anything, I'll fix is as soon as I get to it!
It will become extinct when we ignore it and stop posting.
We have not heard from you lately.
Thought you might like to know.

I have been blogging since December of '05 and (cuz I am lame) only heard about blogs about 5 minutes before that... so, I have some time yet... or, you know, someone offers me a book deal! :-)
I've asked myself these same questions. i tend to think that it will evolve into something else.
I go through phases (like recently) where I need to take a break, mostly because I just don't have the time to write. I find that I do miss it, though.
As for boring people to tears, I have no problem doing that, but it's never stopped me from blogging.
