The Beauty of Siblings
I love that my two year old is learning so much from his five year old brother.
I love that they take comfort in each other.
I love that they play together so well ( most of the time).
I love to watch when they cuddle up beside each other and watch cartoons or read a book.
I love when they make each other laugh so hard that it is the most beautiful & uplifting sound you could ever hear.
I love it when the five year old tells the two year old a secret and they giggle. It's beyond precious.
I love it when our five year old says, "No, you can't take my brother" when a relative asks to take him for the night.
I hope that when they get older things will still be the same. They will need each other.

I love the way you describe them.

I can't wait for my son to have a sibling to teach and play with! Only a couple more months until then.
Great post.
I enjoy things like that too with my girls, in between all the arguing and whining. ;)
hehe makes me want another for Becca!
Your boys sounds so precious!
I feel the same way about my boys. I love listening to them laugh at each other in the back of the car.
My brothers are 4 years apart, and though they've had thier fights, they are totally there for each other- even now at 18 and 14, so I'm sure yours will be too!
I can relate, my 6 years old & 2 years old do that too :)
That makes my heart melt just thinking about it. So precious! I think we as moms want so much for our kids to be close and love each other. I had that with my siblings (and still do) and I want my children to have that closeness with each other, too.
I also love the beauty of siblings and they do teach each other so much. We just have to remember to give the younger ones just as much attention as we did our first borns. KWIM? It's easy not to when the younger ones are always off busy playing with big sis.
Boy sometimes they fight like crazy, but I know they still love each other.
