Rolling Around In The Mud Isn't So Fun Anymore If You Have To Bath Afterwards

Last night my 5 year old son and I were watching $40 a day with Rachel Ray (yes the food channel as usual) and a commercial came on where two little boys were playing in the mud. I think it was a new laundry detergent commercial. Anyway...
My son said, "Eeeew! They're all muddy!".
Sensing that he thought that looked fun even after he said Eeeew, I said, "You can do that when it gets warmer outside".
He turned to me and said, "I don't want to get dirty because then I'll have to take a REAL bath".
As if he doesn't already take real baths. hmmmm...
Had the two year old been awake, he would have loved the offer of rolling in the mud.
