America's Favorite PastTime...

or is it?
Here's my little guy playing his first year of summer baseball or teeball or I guess whatever you want to call it where they hit the ball off the stick. We've been pitching him the ball since he has been 3 years old and now he's 6 and doesn't know what the hell is going on with that tee. Hopefully he will get to do pitch ball next year. At least he is having fun and socializing. Hopefully it will prepare him for the year that tore his whole world apart and caused the tantrum of the year or otherwise known as school/kindergarten.Labels: americas favorite pasttime, baseball, teeball

Very cute! I think it so important for kids to be into sports at an early age and not become couch potatoes! Go mom!
Yeah for tee ball. Aren't they cute playing?
We dont have baseball in South Africa, but I wish they would start it!My 6yr old (and 3yr old) are keen Horse-riders...I agree with Sheliza's comment....get them outside and PLAYING.
Great picture! I hope he enjoys it. It'll be a great warm up for Kindergarten. Maybe he'll make some friends that will be in his class.
That is a great picture!
