Last Night's Premiere of Grey's Anatomy...
So, most of us probably watched right? I mean, really, how many people out there aren't addicted to this show? Wait, don't tell me. I prefer feeling like I'm not the only GA addict mommy blogger. Ok, actually I know I'm not alone. Don't pretend you weren't drooling over GA being back. :)
Anyway, on to the premier episode. There are spoilers below so don't read on if you haven't watched yet. First of all let me say I was a bit disappointed and I missed Burke kind of. Didn't you? I was hoping for the fireworks from last year's season premiere. But it wasn't there. Boo hoo. Not that it really matters that much because it's Grey's Anatomy and even the not so great episodes are better than anything else I've ever watched on TV. I think. Maybe, just maybe, Party of Five and Dawson's Creek were better way back when. Right now Lost & Brothers & Sisters are right behind and tied for 2nd place. At least for me anyway. I also liked October Road but I might forget it even existed if they don't hurry up and bring it back. So far, I've not found one new show that I actually like enough to sit down and watch. Anyone else?
My favorite part of the show was when McSteamy professed that he came to Seattle to get Derek back. Ha! And, when George told Izzy he loved her. I imagine most of you hated that part. Like that wasn't going to happen, right?
So what did you think? Did last night's premiere meet your expectations?Labels: Grey's Anatomy

Gotta say I was happy with the premiere, I was worried because last year was less than stellar, but still my favorite show. I think they are headed back on track. Not sure I miss Burke yet at least Christina is dealing with the aftermath and not ignoring it. I was happy Derek because human again and let his feeling show even if they did "break-up" in the end, or not. It seems to be back on track. Gotta say, I agree, I really liked October Road as well, hope it comes back soon. Lost, I watch it, but it's getting so out there I'm not sure I really care if it does come back. Loving Rob Lowe in Brothers & Sisters.
LOVED the premiere! My dvr cut out the end when George said he loved her too - but I don't like them together. I don't think they will end up together. LOVED when Mark told Derek it was because of him that he came to Seattle.
I can't wait for B&S this weekend and Oct Road too, that was a great one.
I am a fan of George!! I love him. While I enjoy Callies character I am loving the George/Izzy combo. I honestly wasn't a big Burke fan (see love of George above) so I really didn't miss him. I like how they portrayed Christina. I hope thet keep the door open for Ava/Rebecca to make an appearance I would love for Alex to become less jerk-ish. Derek/Mark tee hee that was cute!
I am a big Greys fan!
Yeah I liked it! The whole Meredith and Derek thing is Mccreamy! LOL
I was so happy to have Grey's back!!!!!! Can't wait to see the drama between Meredith and her sister "the other girl from the bar"!
