I'm Not Sure There's A Title For This One

Vacation is over which means there is a ton of catching up to do. Of course, it seems like there's always catching up to do when you run your own business. There are never enough hours in the day to accomplish what I want. Plus I tend to bring a whole lot on myself. I could say no and do what I want when I want. Isn't that the whole point of having your own business? However, I don't. It certainly isn't about the money - as much as I wish it was. It's more about surviving in a super competitive online world.

In addition to my already busy schedule of homeschooling + business, I've decided to start a daily workout with my husband called P90x. I originally decided to do the workout (not the diet -I'm underweight) to be a motivator for my husband. However, after attempting and failing one push-up and 2 minutes of jumping jacks I've decided that it's time I go myself back into shape. I've pretty much convinced myself that I'm healthy because I'm skinny but I'll finally admit I'm wrong. Very wrong.

So, we are on Day 3 of this workout. I'll admit it is hard and we are just in the beginning. I'm sore. It hurts. But I have to do it. I think I'm exercise-challenged. ;)

Working out is a good idea. But unfortunately I can never find enough time for that. Recently I was going to the jym two or three times a week, but then I had to quit because of many reasons: family, work and moving to another city.
But I promised myself to go on daily work-out at home :-). How naive I was! In two weeks daily workout became three-times-a-week practice, and then two times. After 2 or 3 months I stopped at all.
I wonder how easy a person can give up GOOD things he/she once got used to. And how we always try to find explanations for things we've failed to accomplish.

Hope you'll keep doing your work-out.
