An Actual Conversation: This Is What My Life Is Really Like
Scene: Me lying in bed with sleeping child. Husband comes up to me and starts kissing my leg. I kick him off of me. Yeah, I know I'm so romantic but hey I have a sleeping child who doesn't feel well in my arms.
Husband: If I were Chase Pattinson I bet you wouldn't push me off of you.
Me: What? Who's Chase...?? Oh, you mean Robert Pattinson. Ha!
Husband: Yeah. Whatever. He's a "bay-ney" rooster.
Me: Well, you're not Robert Pattinson.
Husband exits. Scene over.
I later googled "bay-ney" rooster because I had no idea what he was talking about. Here's the definition. Heh. I'm assuming my husband is referring to RP's "starved" look.
Anyway, his unexpected jealousy is actually really sweet and welcomed. Sometimes we all need a little bit of that. ;)Labels: life, Robert Pattinson
