20 Cheap & Fun Summer Activities for Toddlers!

We’ve put together a list of fun Summer Activities and Ideas for parents of toddlers, preschoolers, and up. Most of these activities are super cheap.

blow bubbles
draw with sidewalk chalk. Create the planets, draw yourself.
play in a pool
play in a sprinkler
catch lightening bugs
go on a nature walk
set up a lemonade stand
visit with your grandparents
make homemade popsicles and icees
finger paint outside in the shade
play in the warm rain
play on your riding toys - make a train station or gas station
play in the dirt in your yard - make dirt cookies (a favorite of mine when growing up) create an outside play kitchen
have a picnic in your backyard
go camping in your backyard
have a yard sale
go on a stroll through the neighborhood
set up an outside theater during the late evening hours
have a cake-walk
