Frugal Valentine’s Day Food Idea For Kids

heartpancakes.jpgShow your kids how much you love them this Valentine’s Day without spending any money at all. Here are some frugal Valentine’s Day ideas for moms that involve food…

1.) Make heart-shaped pancakes. This idea is very easy and fun for the kids. All you need is a heart shaped cookie cutter. Don’t forget to offer up lots of fun and/or healthy toppings too!

2.) Make heart-shaped toast and omelets. How cool is that? Again, all you need is a heart-shaped cookie cutter.You can get them for around $1.

3.)  Make a heart-shaped cake or Valentines-themed cupcakes. We are really loving these designs - How about this Sweetheart cake? Or for the more crafty the Sweet Cupid Cupcake ! Oh, and I’m in love with these Hug Loving cupcake ideas!
