Interview With Up & Coming Sci-Fi Star Don Jeanes of Transformers 3
Celebrity interviews are not normally our forte here on the Family Buzz blog but we do love those Transformers so we couldn’t pass up a chance to interview one of the cast of Transformers 3: Dark of The Moon.
We recently got the chance to interview Don Jeanes (who plays Astronaut Neil Armstrong) in the soon to be released Summer blockbuster Transformers 3 Dark of The Moon.
1.What was it like working on such a huge franchise as Transformers?
It was awesome! It was incredibly professional, organized, chaotic and exhilarating all at the same time. What stood out the most from any other project I’ve been on is that the set design, props, and costuming were amazingly realistic. Also, the moon surface, lander and alien spacecraft you see in my scenes are life-size and very intricate.

Raggs Rockin Kids Search
Raggs, the new hit public television series, is kicking off their Raggs Rockin’ Kids Search on June 1st (through June 30th), looking for 100 expressive kids, ages three to seven years-old, who represent the ideas, geographic regions and cultural backgrounds of children across the US (auditions will take place online…no travel necessary).
Winners will be selected based on video submissions, which parents can upload to the Raggs.com website or mail in. Winners will be notified in early July and taping is scheduled for mid-August in Charlotte, NC. The Raggs episodes with some of the winners will begin airing with the special debut of the first-ever Halloween-themed episode. Additional shows will be released in February 2010.

Kids Casting Call: The Death & Life Of Charlie St. Cloud
Universal Pictures is looking for 11-14 year-old boys to play the role of Sam in The Death & Life Of Charlie St. Cloud. Sam should be a regular kid, natural, non-actory, and unaffected.
Please note that all who audition must be available for work from July 2009 through October 2009. For more details, please refer to the official website www.iamsamstcloud.com, where you can download the audition scene and submit your audition tape online. Online submissions MUST be sent in by June 19th , 2009.

The Morning Show is doing a Kid’s version of our health segment, “The Doc is in” on this coming Tuesday, March 17th.
We’re looking for Kids Ages 4-8 to ask questions from our audience. We’re looking for outgoing kids that won’t be too camera shy!
