Quick Kid-Friendly Recipe: Hot Dog Weiner Surprise

eatingdessert One day last week I was in a time crunch and needed to come up with a quick lunch for my two boys. So I created the hot dog surprise! If you have some left over hot dog wieners this is a great way to create an easy and super quick kid-friendly lunch. I was a little hesitant at first about this new recipe but my kids liked it and has asked for it again.
