Homemade Corn Dog Snack Recipe
> Kids will absolutely LOVE this variation of a homemade corn dog! Below you will find the complete recipe as well as the supplies and ingredients you will need for this yummy corn dog! Our version of the recipe requires no frying and minimal corn meal for a healthier recipe. You can totally eliminate the corn meal ingredient if you have corn allergies.
Ingredients:
dry pancake mix
sweet corn muffin mix
hot dogs
mustard
Supplies: snackster/sandwich maker - you can get one at your local superstore for around $10. I also recommend this one from Amazon: Maxi-Matic Elite Cuisine Sandwich Maker
Recipe Directions:
preheat snackster
mix 1/4 cup pancake mix with 3 teaspoons of corn muffin mix
add small amounts of water to mixture until it resembles thick pancake batter
cut up 1/2 of a hotdog and mix into the batter
add mix to the snackster
cook for 2-3 minutes or until done to your liking.
remove with plastic spatula and serve with mustard
