Peanut Butter FDA Recall List: Keebler, Austin, Little Debbie & More!
If you have any foods containing peanut butter (except peanut butter in jars) it’s best to toss them according to the FDA. To be safe, just say no to peanut butter in any food including crackers, ice cream,cookies, candy bars, cereal, etc. The FDA has recently updated their list of recalled food containing peanut butter and the following brands and/or companies are now on the list:
Perrys
Wegmans
Famous Amous
Little Debbies
Austin
Shurfine
Keebler
King Nut
Parnell’s Pride
Hy-Vee
Peanut Corporation of America
Ralcorp/Food Lion
South Bend Chocolate Co.
At this time there is a possibility of more brands being affected with the Salmonella strain that has already sickened nearly 500 individuals. To get a complete list of every product involved and more information please visit the FDA website.
