Your Health Awareness Video Contest
The AdCouncil and the NBA have joined together to sponsor a video contest encouraging young people to get fit and stay in shape. The SmallSteps campaign teaches how to take small and simple steps in everyday life to eat better, stay healthier and keep fit. To help spread the awareness they have created a YouTube contest for young people to submit videos of their own Small Steps or that inspire others to take Small Steps towards a healthier lifestyle. The videos must be 3 minutes or less and relate to the Small Steps theme in some way. The videos should then be uploaded to YouTube and added to the small steps playlist by the deadline of Oct. 7th, 2008. Eligible ages 14-24.
