Livabiity.com’s Relocate to a Better Life Sweepstakes–ends April 30, 2010
Are you looking to ditch a rocky job for the Rocky Mountains—or move from a sub-par city to one with a great par 3? Then visit Livability.com and enter the “Relocate to a Better Life” contest to find out first-hand what it might be like to move to one of the five most livable cities in America, as chosen by the editors of the web site.
Five grand prize winners will each receive an all-expense paid, three-day/two-night trip for two to one of the following cities:
•Albuquerque, NM
•Asheville, NC
•Eugene, OR
•Nashville, TN
•Pueblo, CO
Anyone interested in “relocating to a better life” can enter the contest at www.livability.com/contest/relocate-better-life-sweepstakes/ and then select the city they would like to visit. Winners will be chosen by random drawing.
Winners for each city will be treated to a VIP experience arranged by the local Chamber of Commerce of the host city. Each winner will receive transportation, hotel, a Frommer’s travel guide, dinner from Cracker Barrel, and additional prizes unique to each city—like tickets to local attractions, complimentary meals at favorite restaurants and more. This enables each winner to truly experience what it might be like to live in that city. Additionally, ten runner-ups will receive a free copy of, Frommer’s 500 Extraordinary Islands guidebook.
Entrants are invited but not required to submit an essay (300 words or less) describing why they want to “Relocate to a Better Life.” A selection of compelling stories will be featured on Livability.com.
Prizes for the contest are provided by: Livability.com, Frommers.com, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store®, Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce, Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and The Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce.
