One Moms Story on How She Got Her Baby To Sleep Through The Night

One big question on almost every moms mind is "How do I get my baby to sleep through the night?" Well, there is no correct answer and there is no right answer for everyone. But I can tell you what worked for me and what works for many many moms all around the world. Sleeping through the night depends on the mom and the baby. It also depends on your parenting style.

For me, as a mom, the easiest way for my baby to sleep at night was to allow the baby to sleep with me in my bed. This is called co-sleeping and parents all around the world utilize this sleeping method. It is the attachment parenting style of getting your baby to sleep and for getting to sleep through the entire night. Co-sleeping is a natural and relatively easy way to help your baby sleep through the night. This baby sleep method is also more helpful to moms if they are breastfeeding their baby.

If you are a mom who must have your baby sleep in a crib then getting your baby to sleep throughout the night may be a little more difficult but it can be done. Below are a few links to some baby sleep methods to help you and your baby get the sleep you need at night. I personally do not prefer nor do I endorse these methods as I have not used them since my two children did not sleep in cribs.
