Male or Female OB/GYN?
Yesterday was my dreadful visit to the Gynecologist. I’m not sure if there is ANYTHING I hate more in this world! Is there anyone out there that truly doesn’t mind going? Am I the only one that makes a big deal out of this? Seriously?
Since I am on the subject, do you prefer a male or a female ob/gyn? I’ve been thinking about this and have to say that I prefer a male gynecologist.
Besides, if anyone is going to be putting anything inside of me, it better be a man! (Oh, and now since I have said this , I dont expect any more visitors to this blog. I’m sure I have ran all of you off…lol…)
Ok, lets just forgot the above sentence and move on… Anyhow, I have been to both male and female OB/GYNs but I have had much better and less painful experiences with the male doctors. Does anyone agree or am I totally screwed up?
I have been reading up on the psychology of gynecology…yes, psychology of gynecology…
Anyway, it seems, according to research, that everyone seem’s to take issues with gynecology and there is research as to why men or women specialize in gynecology and why women prefer a certain gender over another when it comes to OB/GYNs. According to what I read, it all comes down to some pyschological and subconscious stuff (yeah “stuff” for lack of a more descriptive word…lol…).
