Finish up reading Good Kids, Bad Habits so I can review it here and tell all of you what I think.

So far, it’s really a great/helpful book but reading the facts about what these bad habits are doing to our kids are ALARMING. Come back later this week for my full review and my oldest son’s (6) Real Age Healthy Kids Test Results.
