We spent the day in our pool yesterday. This was our first truly hot and humid Summer day (yes, I know it isn’t “officially” Summer yet) . As always, a day with the fam is a fun adventure. For instance, the husband thought he touched something dead at the bottom of the deep end of the pool and nearly freaked out. Turns out it was just a chair that had blown in the pool during one of our many recent storms. Ha!

In other news, I need a new bathing suit. Yesterday I realized my favorite black VS bikini was starting to snag, and now it looks like total crap. I guess that should be expected since I’ve been wearing this bikini for nearly 3 years now. So, Victoria’s Secret here I come. Should I stick with a solid color or go with something bright & cute?
