365 Day #31: These Boots Are Made For Splashing!
My boys are deeply attracted to the creek that runs in front of our house. I’m a bit concerned with what is floating in it. Yeah, it looks pretty in this picture when the water is flowing freely but sometimes it’s not so pretty.
Lifesaver = long rubber boots. This was taken yesterday. In January. It almost felt like Spring! And, yes, you are finally seeing a portrait of my camera shy 10 year old ( he will be 11 in a couple of weeks) sporting his mohawk.

I love the mohawk. Yay for letting kids play– even if it is messy. I just scored a pair of ladybug boots from the Good Will for $2.99 for my 4 year old daughter. I think we will have to visit our nearby creek this weekend.
